Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate Recruiter)
Bunge is a global leader in agribusiness and plant-based food solutions. Within its Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise, the recruitment team is responsible for hiring across the EMEA region. Bunge is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad range of positions, from corporate roles in Sales, Finance and IT to industrial positions such as engineers and maintenance technicians. Duration: 3 months with option to extend; hybrid.
Recruitment and Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment process, from vacancy intake to offer and onboarding
- Actively source and approach candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and professional networks
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across disciplines and seniority levels
- Guide candidates throughout the process and ensure a positive candidate experience
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define recruitment needs and profiles
- Advise stakeholders on sourcing strategies, talent availability and recruitment progress
- Collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders across the EMEA region
- Manage multiple vacancies and maintain clear communication
De eisen
- 1Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience
- 2Proven recruitment experience within the food, agribusiness or food production industry
- 3Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level (HBO)
- 4Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and actively sourcing candidates
- 5Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and professional networks
- 6Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- 7Excellent command of Dutch and English, written and spoken
