Key responsibilities

Assemble and integrate aerospace hardware according to technical work instructions and quality procedures.

Perform mechanical assembly activities with a high level of precision and accuracy.

Use digital work instructions and production systems via tablets and other computer-based applications.

Carry out inspections and ensure all work meets the required aerospace quality standards.

Identify and report technical deviations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with fellow Assembly & Integration Technicians, engineers and the Team Leader to achieve project milestones.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment in accordance with company procedures.

Support testing and integration activities where required.

Requirements

MBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assembly or production environment.

Experience within the aerospace industry or a comparable high-tech manufacturing environment is preferred.

Basic computer skills and experience working with digital production systems or tablets.

Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Available 40 hours per week and willing to work fully on-site in Leiden.
